Why is there a sound when using the power station?
The sound comes from the cooling fan or the SCM system starting up to maintain optimal operating temperatures.
How can we know the remaining usage time?
Please check the LCD screen; it will display the estimated remaining usage time based on current load when turned on.
How can we confirm the product is recharging?
When charging, the screen will display the input wattage, and the power percentage indicator will blink.
How should we clean and store the product?
